The facility consists of three finely furnished, cosy and comfortable double rooms.
The building's lift takes you directly into the building
The rooms are all equipped with digital terrestrial TV, private bathroom with shower, and independent air conditioning,
hairdryer, heating and safe.
From the windows you can admire a suggestive panorama of ancient Naples for an unforgettable stay.
A 60 sq m flat with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms is available.

Children under 3 years stay in our bed & breakfast free of charge.
A cot and pushchair are also included on request and free of charge.
The extra bed is compulsory for children over 3 years old.
Tourist tax
The Municipality applies a tourist tax: 3.00 Euros per person, per night, up to 10 nights.

Rules
Payments can be made in cash at the facility
If, due to force majeure, the booked room is not available, we reserve the right to
the option of assigning another one with the same characteristics.
Documents are registered immediately on arrival and before the keys are handed over.
Rooms must be vacated no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure and
may be occupied from 12 noon on the day of arrival, but no later than 9 p.m.
(except for special requirements and in any case by prior agreement with the manager).
In order to avoid waiting times, customers are asked to always communicate their arrival time.
